Independent record label and management company, Ruby Recordings, is seeking new and exciting talent for label roster and management.
Established in 2015 by the music impresario Travon “Trizzy” Howard, Ruby Recordings originally started out as a record label. Now in 2020, Ruby Recordings has evolved to just more than a simple record label. The label added, artist development, touring, & concert production to there extensive platform. Though an independent label, Ruby Recordings also has a lucrative distribution deal through Sony’s distribution company The Orchard. To even keep things more interesting, Ruby Recordings also has a pr department to help artists get the publicity they need, especially on popular social media platforms.
Part of the success of Ruby Recordings has been in acquiring corporate partnerships which have helped to solidify the brand as a major player. These deals have also played significant roles in legitimizing the artists who Ruby Recordings has on roster. Among the artists that have benefited from signing to Ruby Recordings includes 9000, Michael Wavves, Haitian Fresh, Chris Knite, Isa Blaque, JT5K, Tonee Marino, and Terry Lane. It has even allowed Trizzy himself to find unique ways to distribute his own material, such as including the release My Name is Trizzy (2018).
