Meet Lady Boss: The Super Mom Behind Super Siah
We recently caught up with super mom Lady Boss, who is the manager and mother of music artist & YouTube star Super Siah. Super Siah has over 3.5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel & over million streams of his music on Spotify. His music is growing by the minute and is already a household name. We asked Lady Boss a few questions about her view on the music and YouTube industry:
When you started your YouTube channel, how has your life changed?
Before my career on YouTube, I was less fortunate and did things I shouldn’t have. Growing up in North Miami was hard so I moved to follow my dream as a content creator. I’ve been doing this for 5 years now, I’m able to create entertainment content daily and millions of people enjoy watch me all over the world. It’s so inspiring to be able to create content doing what I love.
How do you think the COVID-19 pandemic altered the music industry?
Covid has changed the way us artists perform our music. Now going live on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook gives us an opportunity to connect with our fans even though we can’t be connected the way use to in 2019.
What current projects are you working on that we can expect in the future?
I’m working on creating 2 skit series and an EP. I love entertaining my fans, so I can’t wait until they see the funny skits Super Siah, Billy Bentley and I have in store. We also are excited to put out our first EPthis summer.
What would you tell upcoming YouTubers trying to make in the content creating industry?
I would tell anyone starting as a content creator to do it because you love it. Stay consistent and never quit.
